Summary: Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room. Nice breakfast. A tad hard to find off the highway but silly gps guided us in through an industrial loading bay alley. All was fine when we found the 'normal' entrance. Easy parking. All together a good place to stay.

Summary: We stayed at the Quality Inn in Kingston for just one night on our way to Gananoque. It was a last resort booking around 9 p.m., but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. Even though the stay was short, the sleep was very comfortable. My 4-year-old daughter even said, “That was a nice hotel!” - she especially loved the beds. The room was clean and didn’t have that old carpet smell, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d give it a 9/10. Points lost only for personal preference (I’m not a fan of carpeted rooms) and for breakfast ending at 9 a.m. - a bit too early for my husband, though it worked fine for us since we were up with our little one. The 12 p.m. checkout was a great bonus. For a quick stopover, it was clean, comfortable, and definitely family-friendly.

Summary: I was surprised to find a $50.00 charge on my account. I spoke to the very helpful young lady when we were checking out and she explained it to me. Apparently the gentleman who checked us in should have told us about this. Otherwise there were no problems. Good breakfast too!

Summary: I enjoyed the freedom of exiting the side of the building to smoke and having access back in. Im a private guy and dont aways want to engaged with others. Great spot. Breakfast not so much.

Summary: Good rooms, comy bed, hot shower, friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit limited. Also cutlery was plastic plates aswell as knives and forks. Not sure why. Downside, hotel is quite far from town and lake front. Not ideal for a tourist.
